IP / copyright takedown
If you believe content distributed by DayReplay or hosted at dayreplay.app infringes your copyright or trademark, please send a written notice to support@dayreplay.app with [IP NOTICE] in the subject line, containing:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or trademark interest.
- A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim has been infringed, with a link or other locator sufficient for us to identify it.
- A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our service — either the URL on
dayreplay.appor the identifier of the specific DayReplay artifact (installer file, asset name, etc.). - Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or trademark owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner of the right at issue or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
We will review and act on properly-formed notices in a reasonable time, which may include removing or disabling access to the disputed material pending resolution. We may share the notice (including your identity) with the party responsible for the disputed material in the interest of fair process.
Counter-notification: if you are the party whose material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with [IP COUNTER-NOTICE] in the subject and the substantive information specified in 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3) for the U.S. DMCA analogue, or the equivalent Canadian provisions.

We acknowledge receipt within two business days and will keep you informed of progress through resolution. We commit to acting in good faith with respect to coordinated disclosure and to not pursuing legal action against researchers who comply with this policy. Export & sanctions compliance
DayReplay is a productivity tool that does not use, embed, or distribute restricted cryptographic primitives beyond what is built into the operating system. We do not knowingly provide the software to parties on Canadian, U.S., U.K., or E.U. sanctions lists, or in countries subject to comprehensive sanctions by those jurisdictions. By installing or using DayReplay you confirm that you are not a sanctioned party and that doing so does not violate applicable export-control law in your jurisdiction.
