By using DayReplay, you agree to these terms.

Use of the product

Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the selected subscription term. Pricing and plan details are published on the Pricing page. Prices are stated in USD unless otherwise shown on the checkout. Prices may change with notice; for existing subscribers, price changes take effect at the next renewal after notice.

Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, Inc.) is the Merchant of Record for all DayReplay purchases and handles payment processing, currency conversion, applicable taxes (including VAT), receipts, subscription management, and refunds. Your contractual relationship for the purchase is with Lemon Squeezy; Lemon Squeezy's terms (lemonsqueezy.com/terms) and privacy policy (lemonsqueezy.com/privacy) apply to the transaction.

License keys are validated against the Lemon Squeezy License API. The app revalidates at most once every 24 hours and tolerates up to seven days offline before pausing Pro features. Activation slots can be freed by deactivating from inside the app, from the activation portal in your purchase confirmation email, or by contacting support.

Refunds

14-day refund window: if DayReplay isn't a fit, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll process it through Lemon Squeezy — no questions asked. Outside the 14-day window, refunds are at our discretion (typically granted for clear product defects we cannot resolve). Use the subscription-management link in your purchase confirmation email to request a refund, reply to the Lemon Squeezy receipt, or email support@dayreplay.app with [REFUND] in the subject line.

Cancellations: cancel anytime via the subscription-management link in your purchase confirmation email. Cancellation stops future billing; your Pro license remains valid through the end of the current billing period, after which it transitions to Free.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may stop using DayReplay and delete the app at any time (uninstall instructions are in the FAQ). We may suspend or terminate license keys used in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to: distribution of license keys to unauthorized users, circumvention of the device-activation limit, or use of DayReplay in connection with illegal activity. Where reasonably possible we will provide notice before termination and an opportunity to cure the violation.

On termination, your right to use DayReplay ends; the Warranty Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and any other terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Warranty disclaimer

DayReplay is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DayReplay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without reference to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of DayReplay will be the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada — except where consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you the non-waivable right to bring proceedings in your home courts, in which case those rights are unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post updates on this page with a revised date. Material changes affecting your rights will be noted in the in-app release notes and on the Legal page. Continued use of DayReplay after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
